Dr. Kozlov joins Mid-North Eye Center, LLC with ten years of private practice experience in the Chicago land area.

Her patient centered approach complements Mid-North core values: give each patient the time they need to address the reason for the visit and offer customized treatment options to best meet his or her needs.

She received her medical degree at the U. of Illinois in 1995 and her ophthalmology residency at U. of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary. She did her fellowship training in cornea, external disease and refractive surgery at the University of California-San Diego.
